Bel-gen
BEL-GEN® solution, cooled to between +2°C and +6°C, is used for flushing the isolated organ immediately before and/or after removal from the donor. The solution is then left in the vascular compartment of the organ during hypothermic storage and transport. BEL-GEN® is not intended for use in continuous machine perfusion. Administration of BEL-GEN® at the recommended temperature cools the organ and lowers its metabolism.
